Treat Yourself: The Ultimate Personal Charcuterie Board
Who says charcuterie boards are only for parties? Sometimes, the best reason to make one is just for you! Whether it's a girls' night, a cozy movie marathon, or a self-care evening, a personal charcuterie board is the perfect way to treat yourself guilt-free.
This board is all about YOU with your favorite flavors, textures, and little indulgences that make you happy. Also, it doesn’t have to be expensive! With budget-friendly finds, a little creativity, and items you truly love, you can create a spread that feels luxurious without breaking the bank.
What’s on My Personal Charcuterie Board?
For my recent girls’ dinner night, I was feeling fancy and created a charcuterie board just for me, filled with my favorite treats. It was just a night of me at home after a long week of work and people. I just wanted to blog, catch up on my fav YouTube creators, and just chill.
My Favorite Hummus – Creamy, flavorful, and perfect for dipping. This was my first time trying hummus. I chose the Boar's Head Sweet Chilli Garlic, and Mango Jalapeno, both very good. I pair this with some toasted garlic and onion focaccia bread that my best friend made me for my birthday.
Chicken Wings – Lemon Pepper to be exact, my favorite. Had some leftover in the fridge from a couple days before. Oh, yes, I do leftovers around here, LOL.
Chocolate Mascarpone – Reach and sweet fancy spread that pairs beautifully with fruit. I was in Whole Foods and they had this out for samples. I gave it a taste and was hooked. I use it to dip the coconut cookies in as well.
Coconut Cookies – Found for just $1.25 at Family Dollar, a very tasty and small indulgence that felt fancy!
Strawberry Yogurt Pretzels – A sweet and salty combo I adore. Found them on sale for $4.00 at TJ Maxx.
Salted Caramel Chocolates – Scored these on sale at Michael's.
Fresh Fruit & Cheese – A mix of sweet and savory for the perfect balance.
Tip: The best charcuterie board is personalized to your cravings. Love salty over sweet? Load up on nuts, cheeses, and crackers. Prefer a dessert-style board? Go heavy on chocolate, fruit, and pastries.

- Thrift Stores & Discount Shops – Unique finds at even better prices!
How to Make Your Charcuterie Board Extra Special
Your board isn’t just about food—it’s about creating a whole vibe. Here’s how to make it feel even more luxurious and relaxing:
Decorate with Fresh Flowers – Place small edible flowers on your board or put a vase next to it for an elegant touch.
Add Candles – Set the mood with tea lights, scented candles, or fairy lights for a cozy atmosphere.
Pair with a Drink – Whether it’s herbal tea, wine, or a fancy mocktail, a special drink completes the experience.
Play Some Music – Soft jazz, R&B, gospel, or whatever makes you feel at peace.
