Water
What is a foot soak without the main ingredient water?

A foot soak involves submerging your feet in warm water and according to the National Arthritis Foundation, your water temperature for a good foot soak should be between 92°F and 100°F. This is the best temperature to ease soreness.
Fill up a foot basin or foot spa with just water to cover the feet up to the ankles. Be careful not to overfill. Always keep an extra dry towel nearby. Soak your feet for 15 or 20 mins, and during this time you can do your pedicure routine or just sit back and chillax.
